Customer Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Pure Bubble products and we hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to exchange or refund used/opened makeup products.
Please ensure all returns are sent to us within 14 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before returning an item to us please contact us by phone via our contact page for your unique Returns Authorisation Number.

Please take due care when returning items and ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to inspection we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order.
In cases where the return is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a refund but will not be refunded for the return postage.
If an error has been made on our behalf we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.
Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.
Privacy Policy
At Pure Bubble we are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
We collect information about you in order to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We do not hold details of your credit/debit card on our site.

Email address
Other information necessary for processing your order
This data will be held in accordance with our internal security policy. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement. You have a right to ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you and we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.
We use cookies to track your behaviour on our site to assist us in tailoring your visit. You can disable cookies in your browser but some of our website functions may then be unavailable to you.
Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
